Richard Cook from Protect Pest Control Ltd was very helpful, efficient, organised & reliable. He explained the
wasp infestation to me very carefully and clearly about specific parts we were not aware of. He came promptly,
was very polite & treated me with great respect. I would also like to say that he was a real gentleman and the

For the last five years we have happily and exclusively used Richard Cook and his company Protect Pest Control
Ltd to keep our three children’s nurseries pest free. During this time he has, to my knowledge, dealt with
mice, a rat, ants and wasps and it’s as a result of his continuing assistance that we remain untroubled by any
infestation.

Richard has always been sensitive to the fact that our buildings are full of small children and he takes
particular care in the placing of poison and traps so that the safety of the children is never compromised. He
also understands the need for total discretion, which is hugely important in such a reputation-sensitive
business as childcare.

He can be relied upon to respond quickly to any request and I have complete faith in his judgement and advice
in this field. As a bonus, his invoices have always been reasonable and transparent, too.

I have no hesitation in recommending him for work in any environment, domestic or commercial, and will gladly
provide more information should it be needed. A visit to any of our nurseries can be arranged if it would
help.
